К вопросу о диагностике нейропатического компонента боли у пациентов с онкологическим болевым синдромом

Аннотация
Нейропатический компонент боли встречается у каждого 2-го пациента с болевым синдромом на фоне злокачественного образования. Выявление нейропатического компонента болевого синдрома имеет решающее значение для подбора эффективной аналгезии.
В настоящем обзоре представлен алгоритм применения обновленной системы оценки нейропатического компонента боли для онкологических пациентов.
